This pot roast was a HIT! I can’t cook for nothing and my family was like “DID YA MAMA MAKE THIS?” I said “NAW I DID!” Then they stopped eating and stared at me for a minute…THEN THEY FINISHED THEIR PLATES! Thanks Mo!!!

I made this for dinner the other night and added ranch and Italian seasoning packets and it was the most tender and flavorful roast I’ve ever made
